Our client who is a multinational “Real Estate” company is looking for a confident and dynamic young “Business Development Executive” to join their team in Seychelles immediately.

Job Description

• Familiarizing yourself with the company portfolio and all products and services offered.
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
• Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
• Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution will be a definite advantage.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar capacity in Real Estate industry or similar (Architecture, Construction, Engineering, Etc.) is a must.
• Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command in both spoken & written English is a must.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented.
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Professional appearance, self-confident, highly independent, assertive.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Team player with exceptional networking and interpersonal skills.
