Job Description

The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Job Requirements

• Age below 50 years.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 8 – 10 years experience working as HR Manager or similar senior role.
• Experience working in Banking, Investment, or Finance is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in working with HR systems, databases, and office software.
• Excellent command in both spoken & written English language.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
