One of our prestigious Clients who is into “Real Estate” services in Saudi is looking for “Office Coordinators” to join their growing family soon.

Job Description

• Attending incoming phone calls for real estate inquiries.
• Providing basic and accurate information to customer inquiries via phone/email.
• Communicating & Coordinating all customer inquiries with respective real estate agents working from our office.
• Communicating & Coordinating any important information between our agents.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Keeping track of online real estate postings on websites on a daily basis.
• Conveying all details regarding potential real estate opportunities with our agents.
• Updating relevant online real estate postings, records of daily tasks, etc.

Job Requirements

• Male Candidates with a sound educational background.
• Age between 20-35 years.
• Minimum 1-year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Comfortable in making calls and interacting with clients.
• Excellent communication & PR skills with great phone etiquette.
• Excellent command of written & spoken, English &Arabic.
• Fluency in the English and Arabic languages is an added advantage.
• Basic IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS Office Package.)
• A good team player with a pleasing personality.
• Knowledge in the real estate segment will be a definite advantage.
